The Mechanical Senior Project Engineer is responsible for managing the overall design process and building strong relationships with clients and project partners. They will develop innovative design solutions and lead project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Candidates must hold a BSME or BSAE degree and possess at least 15 years of experience in HVAC building systems design for research, healthcare, or higher education facilities. A professional engineering registration is required, along with proficiency in design software like Revit MEP and AutoCAD.

As a Mechanical Senior Project Engineer in our San Diego office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.
In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with clients and project partners and is responsible for the overall design process on assigned projects within a particular discipline. Within your role, you will also develop innovative and unique design solutions to align with project, client and project partner needs and leads the team in implementing solutions.
