Oversee flight operations at the local station by leading both above-wing and below-wing teams. Ensure all operations comply with the company's quality and safety standards to deliver extraordinary customer experiences.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and at least 4 years of experience in airline ground operations. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish with proven team leadership skills.
