Lead the global strategy for Mycotoxin Management and Palatability to drive growth, profitability, and innovation across various species and regions. Manage the category P&L, orchestrate product marketing plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute 3-5 year business plans.
Requires solid knowledge and experience within the feed industry and animal production, along with business management or B2B sales expertise. Candidates must have international business exposure, project management experience, and fluency in English.

Mission
As Global Category Manager FIQ, you will lead the global strategy for Mycotoxin Management and Palatability, driving sustainable growth, profitability, innovation, and market leadership across species and regions.
In this highly visible role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define portfolio priorities, steer innovation and business plans, and develop go-to-market strategies that create value for customers and strengthen Adisseo’s competitive position worldwide. You will play a key role in ensuring our solutions remain differentiated, consistent, and aligned with market needs while delivering strong business performance.
As part of a global and matrixed organization, you will collaborate with Species Directors, Product Managers, R&I, Operations, and Commercial teams to accelerate growth, gain market share, and support long-term value creation.
In addition, you will have direct responsibility for the Palatability portfolio, leading its strategy, development, and performance to unlock new opportunities and drive business success.
