The Team Leader researches and plans daily vocational activities and manages the daily schedule for individuals served. They are also responsible for training support staff and ensuring proper documentation of individual goals and health needs.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities. A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and the ability to lift 60 pounds are required.
