Lead the day-to-day performance, safety, and quality of wireless tower projects, including the installation and repair of communications equipment. Mentor tower technicians while coordinating with project managers to meet schedules and budgets.
Requires at least 5 years of wireless industry experience, including 2 years as a Tower Foreman, and a high school diploma. Must possess a valid driver's license and the physical ability to climb and rescue at heights of 100 feet or more.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

ADB Wireless is seeking a Tower Foreman to lead the day-to-day performance, safety, production, and quality expectations on a variety of wireless tower projects. This position will perform work on communication towers for the purpose of installing, replacing, and repairing wireless communications equipment. The Foreman will be a team leader and mentor to various Tower Technicians. The ideal candidate will have extensive wireless technical experience, a strong belief in the safety and well-being of team members, as well as a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.
