The Lineman is responsible for performing aerial fiber optic cable installation, including pole climbing, equipment operation, and manual labor tasks. They also support project site setup, traffic control, and provide leadership to crew members while ensuring all safety regulations are strictly followed.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in telecommunications aerial cable placement or a combination of formal lineman training and field experience. A valid driver's license with a clean record and the ability to obtain a CDL are required, along with a high school diploma or equivalent.

ADB is seeking a Lineman to join our wireline aerial team and provide proficient manual laborer, cable placement, and equipment operations. This position will provide aerial installation of fiber optic cable for various telecommunication projects. This is an ideal position for someone looking to grow their career in the utility construction industry. ADB will provide all the necessary tools and training to learn the trade with an extensive amount of growth and development opportunity.
