Therapy Assistant
Active Spine and Joint Institute has proudly served the South Jersey community for more than 35 years, helping thousands of patients overcome pain, restore function, and return to the activities they enjoy most. Our Rio Grande office is our flagship location and is home to a collaborative team of Chiropractic Physicians, Occupational Therapists, Nurse Practitioners, and Therapy Assistants who work together to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care.
We specialize in providing comprehensive, non-surgical, drug-free treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, including back and neck pain, sports injuries, joint pain, arthritis, peripheral neuropathy, balance disorders, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Rather than simply treating symptoms, our providers focus on identifying and addressing the underlying cause of each patient's condition through personalized treatment plans that combine chiropractic care, rehabilitation, regenerative medicine, therapeutic exercise, and advanced technologies.
At Active Spine and Joint Institute, our Therapy Assistants are an integral part of the patient experience. You will work one-on-one with patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, helping them perform therapeutic exercises, educating them on proper movement patterns, and encouraging them as they regain strength, mobility, balance, and confidence. Every day offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while making a lasting impact on patients' lives.
We believe our success starts with our team. That's why we foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment where employees are encouraged to grow professionally. We provide ongoing training, opportunities to expand your clinical knowledge, and company-paid Licensed Chiropractic Assistant (LCA) certification. Whether you're beginning your career or looking to continue developing your skills, you'll be surrounded by experienced healthcare professionals who are committed to helping you succeed.
If you're passionate about exercise, rehabilitation, and helping people improve their quality of life, Active Spine and Joint Institute offers an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career while making a difference in the South Jersey community every day.
