The coordinator is responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining volunteers to support civil liberties campaigns across Nevada. They will facilitate participatory programming and execute campaign tactics to mobilize constituents and advance justice.
Candidates must have community organizing and volunteer leadership experience with a strong commitment to the ACLU mission. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are required.

DEFINITION
The American Civil Liberties Union of Nevada (ACLU of Nevada) seeks applicants for a Community Engagement Coordinator in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a member of the ACLU of Nevada’s team, you will work cross-departmentally to achieve the mission of the organization.
This is an in-person, exempt, full-time position.

Salary is based on experience and qualifications. The starting salary range for this position is from $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 with benefits. Benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, 401(k) matching, and paid time-off.
