The Store Manager oversees daily operations, including cash handling and financial services, while driving store performance. They are responsible for leading sales associates and building professional relationships with customers to provide exceptional service.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and two or more years of retail experience is beneficial. Candidates should possess an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.
The Store Manager serves as the face of ACE Cash Express to our customers. On top of providing customer service and facilitating sales, you will also build professional relationships with customers, and gain in-depth knowledge of our lending (where applicable), check cashing and card services.

Actively promote all ACE financial services through cross-selling and marketing strategies, including marketing in the community. Train and support store employees in product knowledge.
We’re looking for Store Managers who have an entrepreneurial spirit and can work independently, embracing accountability for overall store performance. Building trust with customers is a top priority, so you will need to listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with their challenges, all with the intent of providing exceptional service. Store Managers will need to understand the diverse range of financial products and services that ACE offers. It is beneficial to have two or more years of retail experience. Proficiency in Spanish is welcomed in most of our markets and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Additionally, the employee may occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
The ability to work 10-12 hours in a confined work area is required, contingent on state specific labor laws.
