● Passionné par la gastronomie, vous maîtrisez certaines techniques culinaires propres aux cuisiniers de la grande restauration. Vous avez à cœur de régaler vos clients !
● Méthodique, efficace et créatif, vous savez faire preuve de polyvalence au sein de votre brigade pour la réalisation des plats.
● Consciencieux, autant dans l’exécution des recettes élaborées que dans le respect des normes d’hygiène et de qualité de la cuisine
