L'hôtel Mercure Centre Clemenceau est à la recherche de sa/son Réceptionniste pour un CDD pour la période estivale.
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) réceptionniste souhaitant s’investir dans un établissement soucieux de l’équilibre professionnel et personnel de ses équipes.
Sous la responsabilité de la cheffe de Réception, vous incarnerez l’image de l’établissement en adoptant un service positif & bienveillant envers la clientèle. Le tout dans une ambiance saine et décontractée.
Vous garantissez la qualité de l’accueil, du service et des prestations de l’établissement dans le respect des normes en veillant au bon fonctionnement de votre département.

- Vous êtes attentionné, convivial, avec une dimension commerciale
