The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for developing and executing the F&B operating strategy across multiple outlets to meet brand and guest expectations. They oversee all operational aspects, including budgeting, cost control, staff training, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field and possess 5 to 7 years of progressive leadership experience. Proficiency in both English and Russian is mandatory, along with specific experience in high-volume, all-inclusive 4 or 5-star resort environments.
