The Corporate Paralegal manages contract drafting, review, and negotiation while overseeing corporate policies and compliance. They also support governance for the Board of Directors and administer the legal department's operational budget.
Requires a Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate with 5 to 7 years of corporate legal experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong willingness to implement AI tools for workflow efficiency are essential.
