The Senior Analyst will support health policy work for CMS by applying rigorous research methods and providing technical assistance to program participants. Responsibilities include managing complex tasks, analyzing data, and contributing to business development and stakeholder engagement activities.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, a Master's degree with 3 years of experience, or a Ph.D. Expertise in health policy, CMS programs, and research methodologies is required, along with strong communication and project management skills.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Analyst- Healthcare Research Monitoring and Evaluation, you will support our portfolio of health policy work with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (Innovation Center). You will apply quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods research and evaluation approaches at the highest levels of quality and rigor to generate evidence-based insights. You will primarily support the design, development, and delivery of technical assistance strategies and solutions for CMS Innovation Center model participants, helping stakeholders address implementation challenges and achieve program objectives.
