Entwicklung von skalierbaren AI-Anwendungen (z. B. GenAI, LLM-basierte Services, intelligente Automatisierungen)
End-to-End-Verantwortung: von Konzeption, Architektur und Prototyping bis hin zum produktiven Betrieb
Integration von KI-Komponenten in bestehende Systeme, APIs und Plattformen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, UX/UI-Design und Fachbereichen, um unser Design- und Nutzererlebnis konsequent umzusetzen
Auswahl, Bewertung und Einsatz moderner KI-Frameworks, Tools und Plattformen
Sicherstellung von Code-Qualität, Performance, Skalierbarkeit und Sicherheit (insb. in regulierten Umfeldern)
Aufbau und Etablierung von Best Practices für AI Engineering, MLOps/LLMOps und Wiederverwendbarkeit

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python sowie Erfahrung mit modernen Web- und Backend-Technologien
