The HR Specialist manages the HRIS system, employee records, and administers compensation and benefits plans. They also support employee relations, ensure legal compliance, and assist with the recruitment process.
Candidates should have at least two years of HR experience and a high school diploma, though a bachelor's degree is preferred. Proficiency in HRIS tools like Workday or ADP and strong communication skills are required.
