The Sales Agent is responsible for sourcing and developing leads while maintaining a competitive drive to meet monthly sales goals. They must provide excellent customer service and ensure long-term retention of members.
Candidates are required to have a high school diploma and the ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life insurance licenses. Previous sales experience is highly preferred, along with strong organizational and computer skills.

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
