The Sales Agent is responsible for sourcing and developing leads while maintaining a strong network to meet monthly sales goals. They must provide excellent customer service and ensure member retention while building a profitable business.
Candidates must possess or be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life insurance licenses and have basic computer skills. A high school diploma is required, and successful completion of background, credit, and drug screenings is mandatory.

Ability to qualify and maintain, Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goal
