As they continue to expand, they're adding to their legal team and looking for professionals who take pride in detail-oriented work and want to grow within a structured, high-performing environment.

The Role:

We're looking for a Legal Entity Assistant to join an established and growing legal team. This is an entry point into the legal field. No paralegal certificate required, no law firm background needed. What matters most is your ability to read carefully, think critically, and follow compliance procedures with consistency.

You'll work directly with experienced attorneys reviewing legal entity documents tied to residential lending transactions, learning the ins and outs of business formation, organizational structure, and regulatory compliance along the way.

Your Day-to-Day:
  • Reviewing business entity documents including Articles of Incorporation, Articles of Organization, Operating Agreements, Bylaws, and Corporate Resolutions
  • Flagging deficiencies, missing information, and inconsistencies that could affect legal compliance
  • Verifying ownership structure, authorized signatories, and registered agent information
  • Applying established review procedures and documentation standards
  • Maintaining detailed electronic records and audit trails
  • Partnering with attorneys and legal staff to research and resolve identified issues
