The Pallet Sorter is responsible for hand sorting, stacking, and moving pallets within a distribution facility to ensure production success. They must also maintain safety standards, coordinate trailer moves, and accurately complete production paperwork.
Candidates are required to have a high school degree or GED and excellent communication skills. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in varying environmental conditions.

Operate power saws to cut & trim wood pallets
Follow and adhere to all safety rules and regulations
Communicate to plant management effectively on a regular basis
Ability to work overtime as needed
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to lift wooden pallets which weigh about 50 lbs. on a regular basis
Previous lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing, experience highly preferred
Quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work overtime as needed

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required (eye protection, ear protection is mandatory at several locations, safety shoes)
