The Sales and Service Associate is responsible for welcoming members, guiding them through their fitness journey, and building trust-based relationships. They also ensure the gym remains clean, safe, and well-maintained while delivering an outstanding sales and service experience.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in retail or fitness sales and possess a strong service mentality. Additionally, they are required to obtain CPR and AED certification within 60 days of employment.
