The SSO manages overnight club operations, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment while greeting members and resolving concerns. They are also responsible for driving revenue through membership sales, retail merchandising, and promoting fitness services.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 6-12 months of customer service experience. CPR and AED certifications are required, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs is necessary.
