The representative will provide exceptional customer assistance to credit card holders via telephone, web messages, and written correspondence. They are responsible for resolving inquiries, updating account information, and meeting performance metrics regarding quality and productivity.
Qualified candidates must have prior customer service experience and strong communication and computer skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience in an inbound call center environment is considered desirable.
Customer Service/Support Services Representative
Join 1st Financial Bank USA’s upcoming Customer Service training class and build a career supporting credit card customers nationwide.
Monday through Friday: either 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., plus up to two Saturdays per month from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with a day off during the week.
Starting pay: $17.00 per hour, plus a 10%-night differential for the 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. shift.
Hybrid opportunity: After training, this position offers the opportunity to work two days in the office and three days remotely.

As a 1FBUSA Customer Service Representative you will deliver exceptional customer assistance to our credit card customers via telephone inquiries ensuring complete customer satisfaction and request resolution. Qualified candidates must have customer service experience as well as excellent communication, writing and computer skills, a commitment to exceeding customer expectations, and have the ability to multi-task. Prior experience in an inbound call center environment is desirable.
