The Law Clerk will support high-volume M&A activity, corporate maintenance, and regulatory compliance across a national platform. Key duties include preparing closing deliverables, managing corporate records, and assisting with provincial regulatory filings.
Candidates should have over 4 years of experience as a Law Clerk, preferably from a top law firm or in-house legal department. Completion of a Canadian Law Clerk program is strongly preferred.

This is a newly created role supporting one of the busiest legal functions in the organization. As Law Clerk, you'll sit close to the deal table — supporting high-volume M&A activity, commercial work, corporate maintenance, and privacy & compliance across our national platform.
You'll work closely with the Senior Corporate Legal Counsel (M&A) and the Director, Legal (Operations), helping execute deals, keep corporate records airtight, and strengthen the workflows and documentation practices the broader Legal Team relies on.
