We’re looking for a Manager, Construction Projects to lead the planning and execution of clinic construction and renovation projects across Canada.
This role is responsible for managing projects end-to-end, from design and planning through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality clinic environments that support operational and patient experience goals.
You bring a structured and practical approach to project execution, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts across complex construction projects. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners, and you take ownership of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality.
