The Donor Scheduler is responsible for calling prospective blood donors from established lists to schedule life-saving donation appointments. They must maintain accurate donor records while interacting with potential donors in a positive, customer-focused manner.
Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable using computer programs. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and the role requires the ability to sit for long periods.

Our Donor Schedulers call prospective blood donors for life saving blood donation appointments. This position requires excellent customer service skills as you will be interacting with potential blood donors by telephone. Candidates must be friendly and reliable, be comfortable using computers, and possess strong written and verbal skills.
This is a part-time status working under 20 hours a week position working Monday-Thursday 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm and Saturday's 9 am to Noon.
