The Senior HVAC Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical systems at client sites. This role involves independently diagnosing and resolving technical issues while ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.
Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC environments and possess an EPA Universal certification. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and a strong understanding of building control systems are required.
The Senior HVAC Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical systems at the assigned client sites. This position serves as a fully functioning technician capable of independently diagnosing and resolving most HVAC and refrigeration issues while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with client expectations and ABM standards.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
