The associate is responsible for maintaining accurate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory levels within the WMS and ERP systems. Key duties include performing cycle counts, managing inbound and outbound operations, and ensuring proper product rotation using FIFO.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Preferred qualifications include an associate's degree and forklift certification.
1) Notify Your Supervisor - Prior to applying, employee must notify their current supervisor or local HR Manager/Generalist.
2) Career Profile - Prior to applying to a role, employee must complete their Career Profile in Workday.
3) 90 Days - Employee must complete their 90-day introductory period with Niagara AND be 90-days free of corrective action in order to apply to a new role.
4) Performance Review - If employee has worked for Niagara long enough to participate in a performance review, they must have received “Achieves Expectations” or above, in most current performance review to apply.
