The position operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on a weekly basis.
LICENSING REQUIREMENT: Candidates must possess a current Illinois medical license along with an active DEA and CSR.
TRAVEL POLICY: For candidates located within a drivable distance, reimbursement for round-trip mileage and lodging will be provided, regardless of the preferred mode of transportation.
QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Surgery and hold either an MD or DO degree.
Certification Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Illinois State Licensure
- Essential certification in Wound and Hyperbaric Medicine, including relevant training and experience
- Active Illinois License and DEA/CSR
- Availability upon request
- Provision of two professional references
- Preference will be given to candidates who present a clean and streamlined credentialing process

License Requirements:
