The provider will perform comprehensive patient evaluations and manage acute and chronic gastrointestinal conditions. They will also develop treatment plans and educate patients and families on disease processes and preventive care.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies and possess a current Illinois license. A minimum of two years of experience as a provider is required, along with BLS and ACLS certifications.

Expected pay for this position is $55.20 - $63.65/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.
