The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement, and document nursing care for patients in outpatient surgery centers according to professional standards. They are responsible for coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team and ensuring high-quality, safe patient outcomes throughout the perioperative process.
Candidates must hold an Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing and possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice. Required certifications include BLS and ACLS, along with a minimum of two years of licensed RN experience in an operating room for this PRN role.

This is a PRN position that requires travel between multiple facilities within the Phoenix area. We operate our outpatient surgery centers Monday through Friday with no weekends and no call. We ask for a minimum commitment of 4 shifts a month so that your schedule remains flexible. We utilize easy scheduling software along with our personal staffing office for your ease of scheduling shifts you want to work.
This position floats to multiple surgery centers in the East Valley.
POSITION SUMMARY
This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.
