Requires a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, or a related engineering field with 2 to 4 years of experience. Candidates should be proficient in CAD software, Microsoft Office, and have a strong understanding of assembly and material handling processes.
The Manufacturing Engineer I supports production by improving processes, increasing efficiency, and ensuring product quality. This role helps develop and implement manufacturing solutions across various products.
Assist in designing and implementing manufacturing processes, tools, and fixtures
Help identify and resolve production issues, defects, and assembly challenges
Conduct time studies and process analysis to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams
Use Power BI to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights
Track and report key metrics such as throughput, efficiency, downtime, and quality
Support continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methods
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Assist in selecting and qualifying new equipment and technologies
Perform root cause analysis and support corrective actions
