The Staffing Manager is responsible for scheduling and coordinating care for a specific group of clients while ensuring all staff are qualified and trained. They also handle personnel management, recruitment, and general office administration to maintain continuity of care.
Candidates need one year of post-secondary education and at least two to three years of experience in scheduling, supervision, or a related field like healthcare. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are required, along with the ability to pass background screenings.

The Staffing Manager is responsible for assuring that training, competencies and coordination of assigned employees have been done prior to providing client cares. The position reports to the Business Manager.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
Light to Medium - primarily desk work; some bending, stretching, handling supplies, light housekeeping, etc.
Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for light work.
QUALIFICATIONS
Adara Home Health, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $44,000 - $52,000 per year. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
