Queremos ser un referente en dar acceso a conexiones de alta velocidad tanto en el mercado mayorista como minorista y actualmente estamos en pleno crecimiento y expansión en España.
Estamos buscando incorporar un/a Supervisor/a de campo con experiencia en el sector, que juegue un papel clave en el desarrollo de nuestro servicio en planta externa. La persona seleccionada desempeñará un rol clave en la gestión y optimización del servicio de planta externa, liderando al equipo y garantizando la calidad de las operaciones.
Supervisar y revisar los trabajos realizados por los técnicos de campo, comprobando su correcta ejecución.
Auditar instalaciones, empalmes, acometidas y fusiones de fibra óptica (FTTH/FTTR).
Controlar la correcta gestión de materiales, partes de trabajo y tiempos de ejecución.
Validar altas, averías y trabajos programados.
Coordinar con el responsable de planta externa la asignación de tareas y resolución de incidencias.
Realizar inspecciones de campo programadas o aleatorias, documentando resultados en informes técnicos y fotográficos.
Velar por el cumplimiento estricto de la normativa Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.
Colaborar en la mejora continua de procesos operativos y de seguridad.
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en instalación, mantenimiento o supervisión de redes FTTH.
Experiencia en control o coordinación de técnicos de campo y cuadrillas.
Conocimiento de los estándares de operadoras nacionales (Movistar, Orange, Vodafone, MásMóvil, etc.).
Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio o Superior en Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica o Electricidad.
Contrato indefinido a jornada completa.
