Responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and preventative maintenance of tractors and various agricultural machinery to ensure operational efficiency. Duties include repairing electrical and diesel systems, welding components, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Requires a minimum of six months of experience as an agricultural equipment mechanic and a valid driver's license. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and working in extreme outdoor weather conditions.

Crops: Green/Red Romaine, Green/Red Oak Leaf, Green/Red Leaf Lettuce, Mizuna, Arugula, Green/Red Swiss Chard, Tatsoi, Spinach, Kale, Culinary Herbs, and Microgreens.
The Agricultural Equipment Mechanic reports to the Production Supervisor and is responsible for the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of tractors and other agricultural equipment. This position requires specialized mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues, identify cost-effective repair solutions, and perform preventative maintenance to ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Duties range from repairing electrical systems and diesel engines to welding and fabricating damaged components. The Mechanic is responsible for maintaining farm equipment in optimal working condition to support daily farming operations.

The work environment may involve moderate to high noise levels and exposure to grease, oil, fuel, chemicals, and moving mechanical equipment.
Qualified employees may be asked to serve as team leaders. Employees possessing the appropriate driver's license may also be asked to transport workers between employer-provided housing and worksite locations.
