The Contracts Coordinator is responsible for the accurate administration of service contract activities within the Service department. This role enters and maintains service contracts in SAP, prepares contract quotes, and reviews customer account and device history to ensure contract accuracy and compliance with company policies. The position works closely with Sales, Customer Support, Field Service, Pricing and Contracts, and Accounts Receivable to resolve customer issues, support contract renewals and updates, and ensure accurate contract status and billing information. Through cross-functional collaboration and attention to detail, this role helps deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining the integrity of service contract data and processes.Compensation & Total Rewards:
Estimated Starting Hourly Rate Range: $26 - $29 hourly
