Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and hold a current CEC Inspection Stamp. Additionally, at least 2 years of relevant experience is required for this safety-sensitive role.

Job Summary: Join Pratt & Whitney at our Columbus Engine Center as a Records Analyst and play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, traceability, and compliance of aircraft engine records. In this role, you will review documentation for Geared Turbo Fan (GTF) engines, helping maintain the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance that keep our operations running safely and efficiently.
This is a Weekend Shift position: Friday - Sunday 6:30 am – 7:00 pm
What You Will Do:
Review and inspect electronic and hardcopy records such as disassembly, assembly and inspection records packages, and generate the required documents for the Engine Mini-Pack.
Ensure all records meet internal standards as well as customer and regulatory requirements
Identify and investigate record discrepancies; perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
Document findings and maintain accurate records within applicable systems
Support internal and customer audits by providing thorough and compliant documentation
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (CORE) to enhance records processes and overall efficiency
Qualifications You Must Have:
High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Currently holds CEC Inspection Stamp
2+ years’ relevant experience
Qualifications We Prefer:
A&P License, Military Training, Technical Training, or Jet Engine Inspection Experience
Records or GTF engine inspection experience
Strong ability to identify and resolve configuration or documentation discrepancies
Familiarity with records management in regulated environments
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ESVR, and SAP
