Facilities Engineer Thermal constraints limit AI infrastructure, semiconductor equipment, power electronics, and defense systems. JCI removes those constraints. Enabled by the Stack Forging™ process, JCI produces high-performance thermal components and cooling loop solutions — purpose-built for direct integration into AI, HPC, and mission-critical systems. JCI has built the industry's leading thermal management platform for the applications that demand it most. We foster a collaborative culture with no silos, where everyone is encouraged to think out loud. If you are passionate about your craft and don't give up until you've found a way, you will make an ideal Builder!

Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or a related technical discipline. ● 3+ years of experience managing facilities in a manufacturing, industrial, semiconductor, or medical device environment. ● Strong understanding of building systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, compressed air, and industrial utilities. ● Experience managing contractors, service providers, and capital projects. ● Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, equipment specifications, utility layouts, and construction documents. ● Ability to develop project scopes, manage budgets, and execute projects on schedule. ● Experience supporting manufacturing equipment installations and facility infrastructure planning. ● Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. ● Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across engineering, operations, and external vendor teams. ● Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Preferred Skills ● Experience supporting metal manufacturing, laboratory, additive manufacturing, semiconductor, medical device, or advanced manufacturing environments. ● Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, NEC, and local building code requirements. ● At least one of the following MA professional licenses (CSL, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC) ● Experience with CMMS and facility management software systems. ● Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). ● Experience with energy management, sustainability initiatives, and facility optimization programs.
