Lead the preparation and distribution of human tissue while ensuring strict adherence to FDA and AATB regulatory standards. Manage inventory, oversee shipping and receiving duties, and train new hires on clinical job functions.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of shipping experience. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft computer skills.
The Lead, Distribution will serve as a multi-tasked leader for the preparation of human tissue
distribution. This position will require a leader who is professional, mature, and very well-organized. Daily
communication for time-sensitive shipping and receiving duties are required. Following through with high-
level attention to detail and follow-through are required.
$32.00 - $36.00 per hour
The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
