Experience overseeing technical delivery, managing competing priorities and balancing project and operational workloads.
The ability to review, challenge and validate technical solutions, changes or implementation plans.
Strong organisational and planning skills, with experience managing workload, resource allocation and delivery schedules.
Experience using delivery management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or similar platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
A proactive approach to identifying risks, resolving issues and keeping work moving forward.
Experience supporting and coaching colleagues through regular collaboration and day-to-day leadership.
An understanding of IT service management, change management or ITIL principles would be beneficial, but not essential.
A shared passion for collaboration, continuous improvement and delivering great outcomes for both colleagues and clients.
