Market intelligence e analisi strategica
Supporterai attività di ricerca e analisi di mercato nel contesto maritime — cruise, shipping, naval, ferry, yachting e segmenti adiacenti — contribuendo allo studio di trend, benchmark, market sizing e opportunità di innovazione.
Sviluppo di value proposition digitali
Contribuirai alla definizione di value proposition per prodotti e servizi digitali orientati all’ottimizzazione di processi e performance, ad esempio in ambiti quali MRO, energy management, compliance, navigazione, cybersecurity e opportunità di revenue uplift.
Applicazione dell’intelligenza artificiale

Requisiti principali:
Laurea magistrale, conseguita o in corso, in discipline STEM, con preferenza per Ingegneria Navale, Ingegneria Gestionale o percorsi affini;
Forte interesse per il mercato maritime, sia da una prospettiva business sia tecnologica;
Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti Microsoft Office, in particolare PowerPoint ed Excel;
Buona capacità di analisi, sintesi e strutturazione dei contenuti;
Inglese fluente, scritto e parlato;
Attitudine al lavoro in team, proattività e desiderio di apprendere.
Nice to have
Saranno considerate un plus:
Esperienze di tirocinio, project work o tesi applicate al settore marittimo;
Conoscenza di base di concetti e best practice di project management;
Familiarità con strumenti, metodologie o linguaggi di data analysis;
Esperienza nell’utilizzo strutturato di strumenti di intelligenza artificiale per attività di ricerca, analisi, sintesi e produttività personale;
Interesse per temi quali trasformazione digitale, decarbonizzazione, smart operations, asset management o innovazione industriale.
