The technician is responsible for removing and installing commercial tires, performing maintenance like rotations and balancing, and operating forklifts. They must also maintain shop cleanliness, complete work orders, and provide friendly customer service.
Prior automotive experience is not required, though general mechanical skills are a plus. Candidates must be able to follow safety procedures, maintain DOT compliance, and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
