The Haul Truck Operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently. This includes performing pre-operational checks and maintaining equipment cleanliness and functionality.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience operating specific Caterpillar or Komatsu haul trucks and a valid class 5 driver's license. Required certifications include CSO, BSO, or a combination of CSTS and OSSA, along with a high school diploma or GED.

Summary:
Under the direction of the Team Lead, the Haul Truck Operator is responsible for the operations of equipment in a safe, productive, and efficient manner according to the scope of the project and the work being performed. The operator will also keep clean and maintain the equipment and comply with all policies and procedures in the operation and securement of the equipment.
This is a safety- sensitive position that requires completion of pre- employment / pre- access testing. In addition, this position may require completion of client training and a competency assessment.

Shift Schedule: 6 on, 6 off (3 days, 3 nights, 6 off- 12 hr shift)
