Communications, Digital Marketing & CRM Manager
Automotive Consumer Solutions (ACS)
The Role
Reporting to the ACS BU Director, you will play a key role in planning and executing integrated marketing communication initiatives across multiple automotive (cars and motorcycles) brands and product categories, such as Honda, MMC, Honda Motorcycles, Honda Marine, and Maxus, and bring our brands closer to customers through impactful campaigns, engaging content, and innovative digital experiences.
This is a highly creative and hands-on role focused on communications, marketing, digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution. You will collaborate closely with Brand Managers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent brand presence and compelling customer engagement across all touchpoints.

What will you bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
5-8+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or a similar role
Strong content creation and copywriting skills in both Greek and English language
Experience managing digital marketing initiatives and social media campaigns
Knowledge of SEO, GEO, email marketing, and paid digital campaigns
Excellent project management and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality execution
Hands-on, proactive, and creative mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience in automotive, mobility, retail, or consumer-focused industries.
Experience working with CRM and email marketing platforms
Experience working with creative and media agencies
