We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Property Assistant to join our friendly team at Summerset at Aotea. In this part-time role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the high standards Summerset takes pride in – helping to keep our village safe, beautiful, and running smoothly.
You’ll work closely with the Property Manager and Head Gardener to support a wide range of maintenance and gardening tasks across the village. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and the satisfaction of a job well done.

This is a Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm position. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team who work together to create a village our residents are proud to call home.
We’re looking for someone practical, approachable and dependable, with the ability to take initiative and complete a variety of tasks efficiently. This role would suit someone looking to shift into a stable role, that takes pride in their work and surroundings. Someone who likes to engage with people in the village and their home and create a people-first environment.
