The administrator will support water teams by coordinating operational activities, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records. They are also responsible for liaising with stakeholders, managing fleet maintenance, and preparing customer notifications.
Candidates must have previous experience in administration or operations support and possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A full New Zealand Class 1 driver licence is required, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.

This is a full time position of 40 hours per week. The remuneration range for this role is $64,306 to $90,785 (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience
We're looking for organised and proactive Administrators to join the Tiaki Wai Fulton Hogan Alliance. Supporting our Water Teams, you'll play a key role coordinating operational activities, maintaining accurate records, managing bookings and notifications, and ensuring work is planned and communicated effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating traffic management and no-parking requirements
Tracking approvals, schedules, and planning information
Preparing and distributing customer notification letters
Monitoring and updating work plans and reporting information
Reviewing work orders and supporting job planning activities
Managing small plant maintenance records and fleet servicing schedules
Liaising with subcontractors and internal stakeholders
Providing general administrative support to operational teams
You are someone who enjoys staying organised, managing competing priorities, and building positive working relationships.
You'll bring:
Previous experience in administration, coordination, scheduling, or operations support
Strong skills across Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Excellent communication and customer service skills
The ability to work independently and use initiative
Strong planning, time management, and organisational skills
Confidence working with systems and databases (Maximo experience is an advantage)
A Full New Zealand Class 1 Driver Licence
A commitment to health, safety, and continuous improvement
