Perform service, repairs, and installations of portable fire extinguishers, kitchen hood systems, and suppression gas systems at customer sites. Manage daily service calls and interpret technical blueprints and schematics to ensure proper system operation.
Candidates must possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. A valid US driver's license and manufacturer certifications such as ANSUL or Kiddie are preferred.

Perform service and repairs on Portable Fire Extinguishers, Kitchen Hood Systems & Suppression Gas Systems in addition to other related building system products at customer sites. Service, troubleshoot and install many different manufacturers including Simplex and ANSUL. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics and operational product manuals. Manage daily service call, customer activity and program system products.
Assist customers with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Participation in an on-call rotation for Emergency Service.
Performs inspections of Suppression Gas Systems based on contract requirements.

Any Manufacturer certifications is a plus; ANSUL, Kiddie PyroChem
