The Estimator is responsible for identifying bid opportunities, performing accurate quantity takeoffs, and developing competitive project bids. They coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to manage costs and support preconstruction planning for commercial and industrial projects.
Candidates should have experience estimating commercial or industrial construction projects and be proficient in reading blueprints and using estimating software. Strong mathematical skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are essential.
