The starting hourly rate offered is $30.53. Increases will be given after 6 months.
After 3 months of continuous service, employees become unionized and will have access to the following:

Group RRSP: the employer contributes 4% of the employee's total earnings if the employee contributes 1% of his earnings

The Plastics Division has 8 production locations, again with the broadest possible selection of structures and many with unique applications.
