The Slitting Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining slitting machines to process laminated film according to customer specifications. The role also involves packing finished rolls, labeling, palletizing, and completing all necessary production documentation.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in production, slitting, or printing settings. A high school diploma is preferred, and the ability to work the evening shift is a mandatory requirement.

SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Slitting Operator is responsible for setting up the machine, running production of the slitter, cleaning of the slitter and all maintenance on the slitting machines. This position is responsible for operating machines to slit continuous lengths of laminated film into specified widths that meet your customer quality specifications. This role would also be responsible for packing off the slitter for shipping, when required.
